Lead time depends on tier and site. Aqua Sprout typically ships and installs within 6–8 weeks. Aqua Flourish and Aqua Harvest are 10–16 weeks from confirmed order, including site visit, fabrication, freight and on-site commissioning.

2-year structural warranty on tanks and filtration housings, 1-year on pumps and blowers (manufacturer-backed), and 6 months on consumable components. Extended service contracts available.
Every commercial install includes 1 day of on-site operator training. We also recommend pairing the system with our 3-week AQUA or 8-week AFRA training programmes for owners who want deeper operational mastery.

Yes. All systems come with 12 months of remote technical support (water chemistry questions, troubleshooting, crop planning). On-site service visits are available on an ad-hoc or contract basis.
